Plan modules
Your plan decides what you can sell. There are two modules, and a plan includes one or both:

To see which modules your plan includes, open Settings → Plan modules, or Settings → View plan and usage for your limits and billing too (see Plan and usage). To change your plan, contact platform support from Support.
A module your plan doesn’t include
Section titled “A module your plan doesn’t include”- It’s gone from your panel’s menu and pages, and from your customers’ panel.
- Its provider types can’t be added under Providers. A provider you connected earlier stays listed, marked Not in your plan, so you can still disable it or rotate its key. It isn’t synced, and nothing is sold through it.
- Its services and positions are hidden under Services and can’t be added to your catalog.
- Orders for it are refused on the server, not just hidden: nothing is held from the customer’s balance, and the provider is never called.
Providers, Services, Pricing, and Blocklist serve both modules, so they’re hidden only if your plan includes neither.
When your plan drops a module
Section titled “When your plan drops a module”Nothing that’s already paid for is lost:
- Past orders of both modules stay on your Orders page and in your customers’ My orders.
- An SMS number bought before the change finishes as usual: when its code arrives it’s shown and charged, and if the number expires first the held amount goes back to the customer. The customer can still open the number from My orders, see its code, and cancel it under the usual rules.
- SMM orders already sent are still tracked at the provider until they finish. Partial and canceled orders are refunded as usual.
