Plan and usage

Settings → View plan and usage shows what your plan includes, how much of its limits you use, and what the platform bills you. Only the business owner sees it, and it’s read only: the platform assigns and changes plans. To change your plan, open a ticket to the platform from Support.

The plan’s name, its monthly fee, and its volume fee if it has one (a percentage of your sales volume). Below them are the modules it includes; see Plan modules for what each one unlocks.

Each limit is shown as a bar with your current use. It turns amber at 80% and red once the limit is reached. Usage is counted live, when you open the page.

Limit What counts What happens at the limit
End customers Every customer account in your store (your own owner account doesn’t count). New customers can’t sign up, by email or with Google. Existing customers keep logging in, topping up and ordering.
Providers Every provider you’ve connected under Providers, including disabled ones. You can’t add another provider. The ones you have keep working.
Emails this month Emails your store sends through the platform’s shared sending, from the 1st of the month (UTC). Emails sent through your own SMTP server don’t count. Only account security, verification and money emails (password reset, email verification, top-up and withdrawal outcomes) go out, under a small emergency allowance: a tenth of the quota, at least 20. Other emails, such as support-ticket notifications, aren’t sent. The count starts again on the 1st.

A limit your plan doesn’t set shows No limit on your plan. An email quota of 0 means no email limit.

The platform bills you once per period. A period is recorded first (Awaiting invoice) and then invoiced (Invoiced, with the date). Each invoice has up to three parts:

Part How it’s worked out
Plan fee Your plan’s monthly fee, fixed when the period is recorded. Plan fees are usually set in US dollars. Invoices are issued in Turkish lira, so a dollar fee is converted at the day’s rate when the invoice is issued, and the row shows the fee in dollars and the rate used.
Volume fee Only if your plan has one: its percentage of your sales in the period, meaning what your customers were charged for orders and SMS numbers, minus refunds. Top-ups and manual balance changes aren’t sales. It’s worked out once the period is over, in your wallet currency, then converted into lira like the plan fee.
VAT Added on top of the plan and volume fees, at the platform’s VAT rate (20% unless the platform sets another).

The Total column is what the invoice is for. Until a period is invoiced, only its plan fee is known; a volume fee shows its percentage and worked out when invoiced.

These are the platform’s invoices to you. They don’t appear under Invoicing, which lists only the invoices you issue to your customers.

Until the platform assigns your plan, no limits apply and both modules are open. The page says so, and still shows your current counts.
