Connecting a provider
A provider is the SMM panel you buy services from. You connect your own account with your own API key. We store the key encrypted and never show it again.
Which provider types you can add depends on your plan: SMM panels need the SMM services module, HeroSMS and 5sim need the SMS numbers module (see Plan modules).
Add the provider
Section titled “Add the provider”-
Open Providers and fill in Add a provider:
- Type: “Generic SMM panel (API v2)” works with any panel that uses the standard API v2 (for example MedyaBayim).
- Base URL: the panel’s API address. It must start with
https://, e.g.https://medyabayim.com/api/v2. - API key: from your account page on the panel.
- Currency: for an SMM panel, leave it empty: the panel reports which currency your account is billed in, and that’s used. If you type one and the panel reports a different one, nothing is saved and you’re told what the panel said. For other provider types, enter it (e.g.
USD). If it isn’t your wallet currency, set its exchange rate before its services can be sold.
-
Save. For an SMM panel we first test the connection by asking the panel for your balance. If that fails, nothing is saved and you’re told why:
Message What to check The panel rejected the connection Usually a wrong API key. Couldn’t reach a panel at that address The base URL is wrong, or the panel is down. Something answered, but it isn’t a standard SMM panel API (v2) The base URL points at the website, not the API. It usually ends in /api/v2.The panel is busy right now Try again in a moment. -
Once saved, a first catalog sync is queued automatically. The Balance column shows your balance at the panel and when it was last checked.
Connecting HeroSMS (SMS numbers)
Section titled “Connecting HeroSMS (SMS numbers)”- In your HeroSMS account, open the API page and copy your API key.
- Under Add a provider, choose HeroSMS, give it a name, and paste the key. Leave Base URL empty: HeroSMS’s address is filled in for you. Leave Currency empty for USD, HeroSMS’s default account currency.
- Save. The connection is tested by reading your HeroSMS balance; if the key is wrong, nothing is saved and you’re told so.
HeroSMS’s catalog is one entry per service and country, for example “Telegram — Indonesia”. Its cost is the price of one number (not per 1000 like SMM services), and the sync also brings how many numbers are in stock. Add the positions you want to sell from New services and price them like any other service. New services shows 50 at a time: search by name, country or code (for example telegram or india) to find a position among thousands. How customers buy them is in SMS numbers.
Connecting 5sim (SMS numbers)
Section titled “Connecting 5sim (SMS numbers)”- In your 5sim account, open the API settings and copy your API key.
- Under Add a provider, choose 5sim, give it a name, and paste the key. Leave Base URL empty: 5sim’s address is filled in for you.
- Enter the Currency your 5sim balance is shown in. 5sim’s API doesn’t say, so this one isn’t filled in for you.
- Save. The connection is tested by reading your 5sim balance. Compare the balance shown under your provider with the one in your 5sim account to make sure the currency is right.
5sim’s catalog is one entry per service and country, for example “Telegram — England”. Numbers are bought from whichever operator has one, with a price cap. So each entry’s cost is the dearest price among the operators with numbers in stock, and its stock is their total. How customers buy them, and how your 5sim rating is watched, is in SMS numbers.
Catalog sync
Section titled “Catalog sync”The sync downloads the panel’s service list, with each service’s cost per 1000, its minimum and maximum quantity, and whether it supports refill or cancel.
- It runs on its own about once an hour. To sync immediately, press Sync now on the provider’s row. If a sync is already waiting, pressing it again does nothing.
- The Catalog sync column shows the last successful sync. If the last attempt failed, it shows why:
| Message | What to check |
|---|---|
| The provider returned an error | The panel’s own message is shown after it. Usually a wrong API key. Rotate the key with Rotate key. |
| Couldn’t reach the provider | The base URL is wrong, or the panel is down. The next hourly sync retries on its own. |
| The provider’s response wasn’t a service list | The base URL points at something that isn’t an API v2 endpoint. |
| The provider returned no services, so nothing was changed | The panel briefly returned an empty list. Your catalog is left untouched, and the next sync retries. |
| The provider is rate-limiting us, so we’ll retry automatically | Nothing to do. The provider asked us to slow down, so every call to it, from every store, waits as long as it asked. The next sync retries on its own. |
What a sync changes, and what it never touches
Section titled “What a sync changes, and what it never touches”- New services go to the new services list on the Services page. Nothing reaches your customers until you add it to your catalog.
- Cost changes update the service’s cost. Your sell price then follows your pricing rule’s update mode. In fixed mode the price stays as it is. In hybrid mode a small change applies on its own, and a large one waits in Prices pending approval while the service is hidden.
- Services the panel stops listing are marked “Removed by provider” and can’t be ordered. If the panel lists the service again, it becomes orderable again on its own.
- A sync never changes your names, descriptions, categories, badges, ordering, or the visibility you set yourself.
- Balance and currency: every sync first reads your balance at the panel, which also tells us the currency the panel bills in. If that ever differs from the provider’s saved currency, the panel’s currency is adopted, and prices of that provider’s services are worked out again. If your wallet currency is different and there’s no exchange rate for the new currency yet, those services stop selling until you set one. They’re never sold at a price that’s off by the exchange rate.
Provider health
Section titled “Provider health”The Status column shows how each provider is doing:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Healthy | Its services can be ordered. |
| Low balance: services hidden | Your balance at the panel is below your Alert below threshold. Without a threshold, this means the balance has run out, since no order could be paid for. |
| Failing: services hidden | The last 3 catalog syncs in a row failed. A panel that only asked us to slow down doesn’t count. |
| Disabled | You switched it off with Disable. |
While a provider isn’t healthy or is disabled, its services can’t be ordered. They’re not removed and your own visibility settings aren’t changed, so they come back on their own as soon as the provider recovers. Orders already placed keep being tracked either way.
When a provider becomes unhealthy, you get a notification (the bell at the top right) once, not on every check.
Low-balance threshold: set Alert below under the provider’s balance, in the provider’s own currency (e.g. 150 or 150,50). Leave it empty to be alerted only when the balance runs out. The balance is read on every catalog sync (about hourly), so after topping up at the panel, press Sync now to bring the services back right away.
Once a panel accepts an order, we ask it about the order’s progress about every 5 minutes, alongside every other order on that panel:
- Completed: the order is done and the customer’s held amount is charged.
- Partial: the panel delivered only part of the order. The customer automatically gets back the undelivered share, rounded down to the cent.
- Canceled (or refunded) by the panel: the customer gets the full amount back.
- Anything else (pending, in progress, or a status we don’t recognize): the order stays in progress and is checked again next time. We never guess an outcome.
If the panel is temporarily unreachable or asks us to slow down, orders simply wait for the next check; nothing is charged or refunded in the meantime. Orders keep being tracked even after you disable the provider.
If an order’s status can’t be checked (the panel answers with an error for it, leaves it out of its reply, or can’t be reached), the order stays in progress and Orders shows since when its checks have been failing and why. If that goes on for more than a day, you get a daily notification listing how many orders need a look in the provider’s own panel. As soon as the panel reports a real status again, the warning disappears on its own.
Prices
Section titled “Prices”A service in your catalog needs a sell price before customers can order it. It gets one as soon as a pricing rule applies to it: when you add the service to your catalog with a rule already saved, or when you save your first rule under Pricing.
