Bank transfer and Wise top-ups
With a bank transfer (IBAN) or Wise method, your customers pay into your own account and then send a top-up request. You check the payment and approve the request under Payments → Top-up requests.
Adding payment details
Section titled “Adding payment details”Add a method under Payments → Add a payment method, on the Manual (bank transfer) or Wise tab: your IBAN or Wise details, instructions for the customer, and how the gateway commission is handled.
Adding one asks for your current 2FA code, and you’re notified once it’s added. Whoever can add payment details decides where your customers’ money goes, so a stolen password alone isn’t enough to change it. Turn on 2FA under Settings first.
New details are flagged for 48 hours
Section titled “New details are flagged for 48 hours”For 48 hours after a bank or Wise method is added, your customers see a notice above its details saying when they were added. If someone got into your account and added their own IBAN, your customers get time to notice before they pay into it. The 48 hours are a fixed platform rule. To check what your customers see, open the top-up page as a customer.
